We invite you to join us in celebrating three talented local artists whose work is on display in the tasting room.

Linda Austin has developed a sculptured approach to  her art by interweaving drawings, photographs, antique dolls, wires, metals,  tree bark and other natural materials into eye catching layered mixed media “shadowboxes”. She sums up her feelings about making art as first a stained-glass artist and now a creator of unique hanging sculptures as follows: Let your creative beast prowl through the jungle of your imagination.”  

Bob Hageman is a photographer who assembles his images into more expressive creative works. Together, he and Linda opened and curated the Anthill Gallery and Vintage Curiosities in Cobden where they supported artists by selling their creations and providing hands-on experiences led by local artist/educators.  

Joseph Emery has a BFA and MA in sculpture and has been teaching and producing art for over 50 years. His paintings on display at Alto Vineyards are part of a series inspired by his wife, Marie, that explores the use of small paint strokes with layering of various colors to explore the movement, color and shapes of the subjects he paints.
