The menu is out! Get your tickets for Alto’s 30th Anniversary Weekend Gala for a delicious four-course dinner catered by Cristaudo’s and paired with our award-winning wines including:
– Toasted Crostini and house made Crackers w/ local herbed Quark Cheese, paired with 30th Anniversary Chardonel
– Fall Greens Salad with local toasted Pecans and local Apples with a Rosato Vinaigrette, paired with Vidal Blanc
– Main entreé of Braised Short Ribs marinated in red wine and fresh local Italian herbs (vegetarian option is Braised Tempe), served with local Polenta, local Mushrooms, and sauteed Squash, paired with your choice of 30th Anniversary Chambourcin or Norton
– Dessert of Zabaglione (a rich white wine custard) with macerated local Peaches and Blackberries, paired with 2017 Late Harvest Reserve Gold

We’ll also be releasing our newest vintages of Porto di Guido and Chardonel Oaked Reserve – and a secret bonus pairing with the Porto! Finish the night off dancing with jazz from The Jewels. Tickets for the Gala are $80 each (or $140 per couple) and are available here.
